Brasco /// Announces Involvement In The Southeast Women In Tech Summit

Marketing Company To Promote the Conference

RALEIGH, NC, OCTOBER 18 2018

Brasco ///, a Raleigh-based creative branding and digital marketing agency, recently announced that they will be sponsoring and publicizing this year’s “Women in Tech Summit” of the Southeast. The event will be taking place at the Frontier at Research Triangle Park on November 17th. Brasco /// will be introducing a couple key speakers at the summit in addition to hosting an information booth throughout the day.

This hands-on, one-day conference aims to inspire, educate, and connect women in the technology industry in addition to providing networking opportunities to jumpstart their careers and develop clearer career paths. All profits generated from the event will support TechGirlz—a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring middle school girls to explore the technology field and its potential to empower their future careers.

QUOTES:

“It is truly a pleasure to be bringing WITS to Raleigh-Durham for the third year. With success at our past events in Raleigh-Durham, as well as Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Chicago and Denver, we are excited to continue provide education, inspiration and connections for women in tech with our hands-on workshops, discussions and networking opportunities,” said Gloria Bell, Co-Founder and Operations Director of the Summit.

“It’s important to have a space that allows for a diversity of women of all backgrounds to see other women that look like them, that come from the same places they come from, not only excel in a male-dominated industry but extend a hand to help the next generation of innovators and thought-leaders rise higher than they could,” said Ruka Osaba, Content Marketing Strategist at Brasco ///.

“I am so excited to be a part of the Women in Tech Summit. I love the fact that it exists and that it supports such a great non-profit, TechGirlz.org. Being able to support something that brings so many positive things to the community is extremely rewarding. I am looking forward to seeing what else WITS accomplishes,” said Cady May, Marketing Account Manager at Brasco ///.
