Brasco /// is seeking an eager, organized, and capable Account Coordinator who is passionate about marketing and excited to grow within a collaborative agency environment.
This entry-level role is designed for someone who is driven to learn multiple areas of the agency while supporting account leadership and partnering closely with our creative and digital marketing teams.
You will help manage and execute a variety of integrated projects across brand development, digital marketing, web, advertising, and communications.
We are looking for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys building relationships, and is energized by helping move projects forward. You should be comfortable supporting client communications, coordinating project workflows, and learning how to guide cross-functional teams from strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Support
- Support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers in managing integrated marketing projects from start to finish
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and track follow-up action items
- Assist in client communications across email, phone, and meetings
- Maintain clear expectations, organized documentation, and structured file systems across all accounts
- Support reporting and presentation development for client updates
- Ensure all client materials, timelines, and communications are documented and easily accessible
Project Coordination
- Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and budgets to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks and communicate them to leadership
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across multiple moving parts and competing priorities
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and strategy teams to keep work aligned and progressing
- Support quality control and ensure deliverables meet Brasco standards
- Create and maintain organized project trackers, status documents, and workflow systems
Business Development Support
- Support proposal development, including formatting, research, and presentation preparation
- Assist in gathering case studies, credentials, and supporting materials for new business efforts
- Help maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity
- Conduct prospect research to support outreach and positioning efforts
- Provide administrative and organizational support throughout the business development process
Marketing & Creative Exposure
- Assist with copywriting, content creation, and social media coordination
- Support digital marketing campaigns, web projects, branding initiatives, and PR and communications efforts
- Conduct research to inform strategy and creative development
- Participate in brainstorming and campaign planning sessions
Internal Operations & Culture Contribution
- Support internal marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts
- Assist with internal operations initiatives and office management
- Represent Brasco with professionalism, positivity, and care
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, agency, or related setting preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and systems simultaneously
- Strong project management mindset and attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Docs or Slides
- Foundational understanding of marketing, branding, digital, and communications
- Experience supporting proposals, new business efforts, or CRM platforms preferred but not required
- Interest or experience in copywriting, social media, or content marketing preferred
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive
