Job Description:

Brasco /// is looking to add a talented Client Services Manager to our growing team! This role will be focused on leading business development efforts, new opportunities and supporting the agency brand in our target markets.

The Client Services Manager will report to the Director of Account Services. 

 

Overview:

Developing strong relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and having supreme communication skills are expected of our new Client Services Manager (CSM). The CSM will heavily support our business development team with inbound leads, outbound marketing efforts, pitching new business, supporting pitch presentations and proposals, connecting with new business opportunities and outreach, and overall stepping in to lead the on-boarding of new accounts and helping existing accounts grow. What we look for in our Client Services Manager:

The ideal candidate will be a sales minded marketer, which means you have solid experience with agency marketing and have a desire to expand into an opportunity that helps to drive new business growth for the agency. You must have some business development experience, maintaining and growing valuable pipeline opportunities, and fostering relationships with prospects through thoughtful and strategic networking. This role will set long- and short-term goals, identify new business opportunities, and contribute heavily to Brasco’s revenue growth.

 

This position requires –

  • 6+ years of demonstrated success in an agency setting, supporting account management or client strategy in the past, and willing to now lead client services to support business business development and growth goals;
  • A deep understanding of marketing and the tactics deployed to create advertising materials
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization and ability to manage multiple meetings, follow ups, and pitches
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
  • Solid negotiation skills and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with prospects, agency team, and management
  • Ability to deep-dive into a prospect’s business and provide thoughtful information to inform pitches
  • A team player that encourages collaboration and creativity

 

In order to perform this job successfully, the Client Services Manager must –

  • Gain a solid understanding of Brasco capabilities
  • Build trust and relationships with prospects and team members
  • Prepare long-term and short-term goals and sales team objectives
  • Develop and present information and recommendations to prospects professionally
  • Deliver pitch decks, RFPs, budget, and timelines to prospects
  • Estimate and establish cost parameters, budgets, and potential ROI related to prospect’s requests
  • Develop and share a brief with the teams that leads to well-informed ideas and execution of deliverables
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams internally to ensure pitches are completed on time and with enough time for the team to contribute and be successful
  • Represent Brasco in a professional manner to prospects
  • Ensure teams are well prepared for pitch opportunities
  • Present reports on BD progress, revenue, and goals
  • Present capabilities and coordinate, attend, and contribute to intro/pitch meetings as needed
  • Ensure sales process is connected to successful client onboarding
  • Carefully review and edit scopes of work for discussion with leadership team
  • Identify areas to create efficiencies
  • Motivate team members to exceed expected goals
  • Identify and research potential clients – we want to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
  • An organized team player who can gather useful information from potential customers and find competitor data to ensure we are bringing the best proposals to meetings
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients alongside a business development team member.
  • Someone with a strong ability to learn quickly and be an active listener
  • Detail oriented, organized, and deadline driven!

 

The experience we look for in a Client Services Manager: .

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, physcology preferred
  • Proven ability to be a strong contributor on projects while working collaboratively and independently
  • 5+ years of account management, agency, or marketing strategy experience required
  • Desire for high growth, meeting business sales goals,and being a leader in an exciting high growth agency environment
  • 2+ years of full-time business development and sales experience
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and LinkedIn
  • High proficiency in written and verbal communication – we need to know you can write it, speak it, and do it!
