Brasco /// is seeking a strategic Account Manager to join our team. This role will lead strategic client account initiatives and communications. You will work with client accounts to help guide our work efforts in branding, digital marketing , and planning insights, while driving client service and coordinating with internal project teams. You will be responsible for offering clients solutions to help them meet their goals for growth through Brasco /// services.

The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with clients in order to understand their objectives. This candidate will be able to provide creative solutions and deliver these solutions using strong presentation skills. Additionally, they should have experience in managing people.



  • Assist with on-boarding new accounts
  • Provide account management for digital marketing and strategy accounts
  • Meet with existing accounts to review current plan and lead PM to execute on client expeditions
  • Work with and lead project teams of digital strategists, brand strategists, designers, web developers, and project managers
  • Look for opportunities to present new ideas and digital marketing services to help expand account capabilities
  • Keep open communication stream between internal and external teams
  • Maintain organized project management processes
  • Utilize PM and marketing automation software to carry out client service; serve as a digital account manager
  • Lead Brasco /// client customer services
  • Resolve customer inquiries
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Lead client meeting and keep internal team updated on project needs
  • Present and deliver project updates, reporting, and strategy recommendations
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Uncover client’s needs, desires and objectives and craft a creative solution that aligns with these needs
  • Clearly communicate client’s objectives with colleagues and drive development of timely solutions
  • Provide strategic analysis to help shape client’s business


  • Previous experience in a similar marketing/Ad/PR agency setting is preferred
  • Experience and/or certification in project management
  • Experience and/or extended training in customer service, or other related fields
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Digital Marketing Experience preferred
  • Heavy Marketing Strategy Experience preferred
  • Highly organized
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • 4 year college degree preferred, BA/BS
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build client relationships
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience in managing people and teams
  • Possess a creative mindset
