The Client

Since its inception in 1938, the Raleigh Housing Authority (RHA) has become one of the largest providers of affordable housing in Wake County. Currently, RHA owns and manages nearly 2,000 affordable housing units and administers more than 4,000 Housing Choice (Section 8) Vouchers. Raleigh Housing Authority’s 2024 Strategic Plan lays out the organization’s strategy for improving the lives of employees and customers, increasing affordable housing development, and reaching goals for equitable, inclusive communities.

The Goals

We’re thrilled to share the launch of Raleigh Housing Authority’s new brand and website!

From brand development and website strategy to design, development, and social media planning, this project was an incredible collaboration. Our goal was to help RHA create a fresh, modern visual identity that reflects their mission today while enhancing its digital presence for a seamless user experience.
