
Melainey is a Marketing Strategist at Brasco ///, where she develops insight-driven, cross-channel strategies to help clients grow with intention. She is known for quickly immersing herself in complex industries to uncover meaningful opportunities and deliver results that last. Her work bridges audience behavior, business objectives, and market dynamics to support both immediate priorities and long-term growth.
Working across both B2B and D2C engagements in a variety of industries, she partners closely with clients and internal teams to blend thoughtful planning with practical implementation to ensure strategies are not only well-designed, but scalable and effective. She holds a degree from Appalachian State University.
Outside of work, Melainey enjoys staying active through sports and spending time with her family. She recently became a mom and is a proud dog owner to her Goldendoodle, Dakota – named after Dak Prescott, despite being a long-time Packers fan. Originally from Wisconsin, she has called North Carolina home since 2008.
