Data Research & Management Organization Embarks Upon New Branding & Marketing Strategy

Brandon Ives, managing partner and marketing strategist for Brasco Design + Marketing, has announced that the firm has partnered with the Renaissance Computing Institute (RENCI) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Through this partnership, Brasco will provide the organization with branding, web and marketing strategy. RENCI, launched in 2004, is an institutional collaboration among UNC-Chapel Hill, Duke University and NC State focused on developing advanced technologies in research and innovation in avenues such as data science, big data and more.

RENCI and Brasco will produce a growth plan for iRODS, an open source database development framework. Brasco’s branding strategies will support the growth of the iRODS Consortium, a new member-based organization of big data users and developers. In addition, RENCI and Brasco will work together to develop initiatives supporting the continued enhancement of data science and research initiatives across multiple sectors.
