The Client

The Reverie is one of Raleigh’s most exquisite apartment communities, focused on instilling comfort into every corner. Previously known as Hanover Lake Boone Apartments, Brasco /// partnered with Kane Realty to develop a new brand for one of the highest rated apartment complexes in the area as they transitioned to new property owners.

The Goals

Knowing the Hanover property was seen as a special place for residents and the community already, we wanted to make sure the brand only enhanced that feeling and excitement. Our goal was to instill all of the great qualities Hanover already owned and uplift elements that made it even more special. In the end, we landed on a brand that felt like it was meant for this amazing apartment community all along.

To develop a cohesive and memorable brand, all pillars must be presented in a uniform, correct, and consistent way to the desired audience. The goal in building the Reverie brand, from the personality to the messaging, to the visual identity, is to embody who the property is today and who it aspires to be in the future.

When it comes to brand messaging and marketing in general, understanding who you are speaking to is critical. We identify the target audience and their personas to create their tone of voice and their brand messaging platform. From the created brand messaging, we created a brand identity system. Below we illustrate the concept of the identity we created. Ultimately, we created and provided our goal a brand standards guide to allow them to be successful and equip to share The Reverie with their audience.
