The Client

Lenovo is a global leader in the technology world, offering products, services, and software used by corporations and individuals to make the world a better place.

Lenovo initially partnered with Brasco /// to create a 1-minute and 15-second animated video to promote Lenovo’s Live Assistant Services for an audience that has Lenovo devices, even if they are out of warranty.

The Goals

The goal of the videos was to raise awareness of the Live Assitant services Lenovo offers, communicate that Lenovo is the consumer’s end-to-end technology partner, and convey that Lenovo offers prompt and efficient support to users, even if their devices are out of warranty. The 15-second videos highlight the three service offerings and that the customer is covered. The 1-minute video expands on the offerings and the overall value proposition.

As part of this project, Brasco /// created a storyboard, wrote the scripts for each video, created iconography and illustrations, recorded the voiceovers, and animated the videos.

Additional Video Work
